Payment Method:
We accept payment through our secure pay-pal online method as well as all types of major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.) For direct Credit card payments please contact us at Orders@Treehouse28.com. All prices are in U.S. currency.

Delivery Time:
We ship orders complete. Please allow at least one week for us to process your order. This time frame does not include delivery time to your specified area. If you would like RUSH shipping and are shipping the package within the continental United States, we can accommodate.  For rush shipping please contact our office at 707-827-3597 or e-mail us at info@treehouse28.com. Sorry, but rush shipping is not available for Alaska or Hawaii.

Claims, Returns & Exchanges:
All returns, exchanges and claims of defects or shortages must be made within 15 days of receipt of goods and must be pre-authorized by phone or e-mail. Returns without a Treehouse hangtag will be refused. Treehouse 28 will not accept any returns for any non-flawed items that have been worn or and tags removed. Upon receipt of an order, if any item has been received with no tag the customer should notify us by (phone or e-mail) on the same day if they wish to return any item. We strongly advise all customers to check garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any tags and disposing of original packaging.

On flawed items, we will pay return freight charges and replace the items or credit your account. Returns for reasons other than flaws will be credited upon inspection of goods less a 25% restock fee.  We do not issue refunds.  If a garment has been worn, washed, stained, or retains scents, we cannot accept its return.

We can only exchange an item for the same item in a different size, subject to availability. We are unable to process any exchanges for a completely different item. Exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and undergone by quality control check.

Exchanges received outside the above stated timescale are also subject to product availability and customers will incur any shipping costs for such exchange.

Prices:
All prices are subject to change without notice. All goods will be shipped at prices in effect at time of order plus shipping and handling.
